This day camp opportunity is designed to introduce children ages 8-13 to outdoor recreation and team games. Campers will learn problem-solving skills, work together in groups, and receive instruction in all areas the camp covers. Activities throughout the week include kayaking, archery, yard games, challenge courses/obstacle courses, crafts, team building, volleyball, swimming, disc golf, kickball, 9 square, fitness, and camping skills. Each day will provide a varied schedule of activities for the campers while being clustered into groups supervised by a camp counselor and volunteer. Campers have the opportunity to explore 5 stations daily.
